The Sabinal River Valley is considered to be one of the most beautiful parts of the Texas Hill Country and is home to Utopia Oaks. Just four miles from Utopia the cottage sits on six and a half manicured acres with private access to the Sabinal River. The Cottage at Utopia Oaks is a smaller version of the Utopia Oaks House, but has the same adherence to perfection in amenities, charm, decor and location. The cottage deck looks out over the park like grounds that gently slope down to the river, the pavilion and the dock. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the second with a queen bed. There are two separate baths, one with shower/tub combo and one with shower only. There is also a double sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen/ dining area is fully equipped with range top, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, dishwasher, refrigerator, cookware and cutlery. There is a second dining table on the deck. There are three A/C window units, and radiator heaters, Satellite TV with DVD and a charcoal grill on the deck. No telephone but good cell coverage with AT&T. This is a wonderful place to vacation with family and friends and is minutes from Lost Maples State Park and Garner State Park.
