The Sabinal River Valley is considered to be one of the most beautiful parts of the Texas Hill Country and it is home to Utopia Oaks River House. Just 4 miles from Utopia, the house sits on six and a half acres with private access to the Sabinal River. It is luxurious and beautifully decorated and yet it has a totally relaxed atmosphere with a large deck that leads down to the river, dock and pavilion. The living and dining room and sitting area all look out over the deck and river. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped and there are three bedrooms and two separate baths, satellite TV with DVD, a huge fireplace, a gas grill and washer and dryer.
