Rates and Details

• $250.00 for 8 guests Memorial Day through Labor Day with a three night minimum
• $200.00 per night for 8 guests Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter and Spring Break with a three night minimum
• Low season - $175.00 per night for 8 guests – October – May with a two night minimum
• Maximum of 8 guests
• 10% occupancy tax
• Check in time 3:30 P.M.
• Check out time 10:30 A.M.
• 50% deposit required at time of booking
• Non standard cancellation policy – check with Backroads
• Children welcome
• $10.00 per day dog fee – 30 lbs. or smaller only with prior approval – one dog only per stay
• Fire in designated fire pit and barbeque grill only
• No firearms, fireworks, campers, RVs, ATVs, four wheelers or golf carts allowed
