De Nada Montanas Ranch is a perfect choice for a family or corporate retreat deep in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The ranch is located on 650 private acres between Utopia and Sabinal with majestic views of the hills and the abundant wildlife. The Lodge accommodates sixteen guests and the Bunkhouse has quarters for an additional twelve guests. The Trophy Room which sits just below the Lodge and the Bunkhouse is a great gathering place with a pool table, satellite TV and seating areas. The Lodge has six bedrooms, three baths, a large open living and dining area, a fireplace, satellite TV with DVD, a fully equipped kitchen, central air and heat, washer and dryer and a patio with a large charcoal grill and a fire pit. Five rooms in the Bunkhouse have two Queen beds in each of them, the sixth room has one Queen bed and each unit has a private bath with a tub/shower combo and an individual box A/C and heat unit. All bed and bath linens are provided. No TV in the Bunkhouse rooms. There are two seasonal tanks for catch and release fishing and wonderful areas for hiking. No telephone but good AT& T cell service. Safari tours of the many species of exotic game are available upon request. No firearms, fireworks or ATVs permitted on the property.
