Enjoy wonderful Texas Hill Country views and breezes at this classic limestone ranch house on 38 rolling acres less than five miles from Bandera. The deep porch extends across the entire front of this 3400 square foot home. There are two bedrooms and one and a half baths downstairs with a fireplace in the living room, a dining room and a breakfast room next to a large fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms with balconies extend from the large den upstairs. There is a two car garage, a fully paved driveway, a laundry room with washer and dryer, two TV monitors with DVD players and central air and heat. The house is available for parties, weddings and receptions. Catering is also available.
