Camp Mary Louise was a Girl Scout camp for many years. It has been totally renovated and transformed into a beautifully decorated and inviting Hill Country Lodge with all the comforts of home. It is an amazing 14 acre peace of heaven, separate and apart from the main ranch, to commune with nature from the back deck or along the banks of the spring fed Bandera Creek. The Lodge is available from May 1 through August 31 as a guesthouse. From September through April it is reserved for hunters only. The ranch maintains highly managed herds of Axis as well as native whitetail deer. These are a pleasure to watch as well as the turkeys and multitudes of various migrant birds that populate the ranch in the summer months. It is a perfect place to retreat for total R&R. Amenities include 3 bedrooms, three and one half baths, two dining areas, a large living room, full kitchen, telephone, satellite TV with DVD, telephone, fire pit, gas grill, a deck shaded by huge pecan trees and walking paths to the creek. Guided night time wildlife viewing, hikes up Hat Mountain and sporting clays are available upon request. Just sit back and enjoy it all!
