River Haven is truly a delightful retreat for the whole family in one of the most beautiful areas of the Texas Hill Country. Kick back and enjoy a nap in the hammock beneath huge pecan and oak trees, then stroll down to the Sabinal River for a refreshing swim. This spacious manufactured home is beautifully appointed and equipped. There is an additional bunk house with two sets of bunk beds for the kids as well. The three bedroom home has a master bedroom suite with a king bed, a twin day bed and a bath with a tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third has three twin beds. The second bath has a tub/shower combination. The breakfast bar flows into the fully equipped kitchen. There is a large screen satellite TV with DVD and VCR. In the dining room the table seats ten. French doors open onto the deck from the living room and there are both gas and charcoal grills, a hammock, a swing and a fire pit beside the dining area on the patio. The bunk house has a small refrigerator and a window A/C and heat unit. It is just beyond the patio making it a great hideaway for the kids. The lawn gently slopes down to the stone steps at the river’s edge. Washer and dryer, central air and heat, no telephone but good cell coverage, all bed and bath linens supplied. Children welcome.
