Too Little $ Ranch

This pristine 20 acre ranch is only three miles from Bandera. A white post and rail fence outlines the groomed grounds, the tennis court, horse runs and the Longhorn steer’s paddock. You are welcome to hand feed this very gentle guy a morsel and he will give you a lick as a thank you. There are two facilities on the ranch, The Bunkhouse and The Cottage. The view from both encompasses a meadow that is home to herds of blackbuck, Axis deer, native white tail deer and turkey. In the evening they all migrate toward the large stocked pond which is an excellent catch and release fishing spot. The pond is lined with wild iris and the master of the dock is “Elvis”, a cast iron alligator.
The two houses are charming and beautifully appointed. The Bunkhouse has two bedrooms, one bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, dining room, deck and patio, charcoal grill, satellite TV and CD player. The Cottage has one bedroom, bath with shower, a kitchenette, living and dining areas, a covered front porch and charcoal grill, no TV. There is no telephone at the Bunkhouse or at the Cottage but there is good cell coverage. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the delights of relaxing in the country and yet you are just a few minutes from the shopping, restaurants, attractions and honky tonks that Bandera has to offer. Flying L Ranch Golf Course and Waterpark one mile from ranch.
